Return/Refund Policy:

o The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in Surat.

o For claims regarding receiving the wrong product, a different product, a damaged product, or a defective product, the customer must provide an unboxing video of the received package. The video should cover all sides of the outer packaging and inner items in a single frame, without any cuts or joints. Shipping labels and other details must be clearly visible in the video.
o If a customer does not accept a prepaid order, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the order needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy:
o Sareevala offers the option to cancel your order, subject to certain terms and conditions. Before proceeding with cancellation, please review the cancellation policy outlined below:
o Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order. However, once an order has been moved to the shipped status, it cannot be canceled.
o For prepaid orders that are canceled, a deduction of 5% payment gateway charges will be applied.
o If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the cancellation request. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at help.sareevala@gmail.com.

Exchange Policy:
o If you love the product but wish for a different color, pattern, or size, Sareevala is pleased to offer an exchange option, provided it meets certain conditions. We have a no-questions-asked 7-day exchange policy for our customers' convenience. Customers can exchange any product available on our website for an item of equal or different value.
o For exchanges involving higher-priced products, customers will need to pay the difference amount online, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange requests. Alternatively, if the exchanged product has a lower value, the price difference will be credited to the customer's sareevala account as reward points (10 reward points = 1 Rs).
o To initiate an exchange, customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at help.sareevala@gmail.com. Please note that exchange requests will not be accepted after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
o When requesting an exchange, customers are required to email us at help.sareevala@gmail.com. We may request a real image of the received product for quality-checking purposes.
o Please be aware that there are no exchange or return options available for customized, custom-sized, or standard-sized ready made stitched orders.
o Regarding international orders (those delivered outside India), we currently do not have a policy for accepting exchanges.
o For exchange orders, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address. We do not currently offer a pickup service. However, we will reimburse customers up to Rs. 120/- for the cost of reverse shipping.
